Arapawa rams make a great trophy or meal

The curling horns of the Arapawa ram, coupled with the clean face and tightly curled fleece, make a great trophy. Brought to New Zealand by Captain James Cook from Spain on his second voyage, they take their name from Arapawa Island in the Marlborough Sounds — a location where they have been known for more than 130 years.
