A non-refundable USD 1,000 deposit secures your booking.
A further installment of USD 4,000 per hunter (or less, in the case where the value of the booking is lower than USD 5,000 per hunter) is due 6 months prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Balance of booking to a maximum of USD 10,000 is payable 60 days prior to arrival, with any additional balances due on departure.
In the event of a cancellation, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, a USD 100 admin fee and the following applies:
Within 60 days prior to arrival – USD 2,500 per hunter is forfeited
Within 30 days prior to arrival – USD 3,500 per hunter is forfeited

These terms of trade apply to all dealings between Poronui Hunting and its customers. A customer enters into a contract and is bound by these terms of trade on placing a reservation or “booking” with Poronui Hunting.
We strongly recommend full travel insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection, medical expenses, accidental death and dismemberment, emergency evacuation and repatriation, and emergency assistance service. There are a number of reputable vacation insurance companies.
Prices are quoted in US dollars or NZ dollars as indicated. All prices include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) other than trophy rates which may be zero-rated for GST if exported, or be subject to GST at 15% if not exported. Poronui accepts NZ cash, direct transfer, and Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. A 2.3% credit card fee applies.
